Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Please respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum.
Strictly no smoking inside rooms or shared indoor areas. Designated smoking area available outside.
Security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 required upon check-in. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
A minimum of 14 days written notice is required before vacating. Failure to give notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.
